Dashboard Usage

Set up your vendor space in guided steps

1 / Branch creation

From the dashboard sidebar, click the Branches tab, then click the "Add Branch" button. Enter the following information to create a branch:

  • Branch Name
  • Select Company
  • Business type (e.g., salon, clothes store, etc.)
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Description (optional)
  • Select the Emirate and pick an address from the map
  • Status is Active by default
  • Pick an image or keep the default company image
  • Set working hours and days
  • In the Branch License section, do the following:
  • Set the license start date
  • Set the license end date
  • Upload a related PDF document for the license

2 / Product creation

From the dashboard sidebar, click the Products tab, then click the "Add new product" button. Enter the following required information to create a product:

  • Name (English & Arabic)
  • Category
  • Branch
  • Price (the actual price shown to customers)
  • Original Price (shown with strikethrough, usually higher than price)
  • Stock (product becomes out of stock when stock is zero)
  • Description (optional, but if entered, provide both Arabic and English)
  • In the colors and images tab, enter the following:
  • Select at least one color for the product
  • Enter stock for that color
  • Add one related image for the color (high-quality image recommended)
  • Enter all sizes that apply to this color option
  • Specifications section is optional

3 / Service creation

From the dashboard sidebar, click the Services tab, then click the "Add new service" button. Then enter the following service information:

  • Name (English & Arabic)
  • Category
  • Branch
  • Price
  • Duration (in minutes)
  • Image (select a clear image that follows our recommendations)
  • Available (true by default)
  • Home Service (false by default; enable for at-home service)
  • Description (optional, but if entered, provide both Arabic and English)

4 / Deals creation

From the dashboard sidebar, click the Services tab, then click "Create deal" or the plus button. After the deal creation page opens, enter the related deal information:

  • Title (English & Arabic)
  • Discount Percentage (1-100%) applied to the price
  • Description (optional: if entered in one language, enter it in both)
  • Promotional Message
  • Start Date when the deal is applied
  • End Date after which products/services return to normal price
  • Deal image
  • Deal Status (active or inactive)
  • Select product/services to apply the deal to

  • Service Provider Name
